Payment and delivery of orders
Product Delivery
After registering the order, the buyer is provided with information regarding the expected date of order dispatch by the couriers / delivery service.
Delivery of orders within the territory of the Republic of Moldova is carried out by courier companies. The maximum delivery time from the moment of order confirmation is 3 working days.
The delivery cost within the territory of the Republic of Moldova is 70 MDL for every 2 kg (total weight of the products), and for orders over 900 MDL, delivery is free.
Deliveries are not carried out on Sundays or national holidays.
The delivery period may be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, public holiday periods, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we encounter any of these isolated situations.
You can choose any delivery address – home, office, or any other address, with no additional charges. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you need to have the order delivered to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.
Upon receiving the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.

Product Payment:
- In cash to the courier upon receipt of the order.
- By bank card when placing the order.
